This is a shruti box in the key of C. You can use whatever is most helpful for you but I have found this box to work well alone and in group settings-Namaste
Could youo tell me what type of shruti box would I buy to do the "aum"? I know there are boees set to different notes so what note is the aum and therefore which box would I buy

Nice session mate. our cats love them as well and if they get sick they get singing bowl treatment and they're fine again after one day. Very nice :)
