what do you use to record your video/?

I use iShowU from Shinywhitebox for the screen capturing.

Hey Elliott, good video thanks for making it! But, we can't hear the podcast playing at all. Once you finish recording, and play it back and in iTunes, we can't hear anything.

Cool man, thanks for doing that video! I actually didnt really know that garageband was meant to do podcasts, I thought it was mainly just a sound recorder.

No problem. Garageband is great for pretty much any audio recording solution. In fact, they removed soundtrack from final cut pro because they said that garageband was a good enough substitute!
