lol, it was, seriously, the gallente and minmatar are easilly the most capable\adaptive in this game, it was only a tie cuz of gallente military budget cuts, and caldari was a military state even, so they focus much more on their military and it was STILL a tie, besides, the new gallente ships like the thorax and its variant and the myrmidon \ hyperion we're gonna own ur asses this time, and wow living gamer up there is right... the HACs are a bit overpowered on gallente and minmatar wise>> Vaga
