Then say that it's not the role for you. They can't check who you are: all your details were fake. Immediately phone the company in question and tell them you are looking for a role with them. Not only are you showing HUGE initiative, you also have demonstrated you can save the company money and have problem solving skills. Bingo.
I have got my last two jobs this way and make a point of calling the bloodsucking recruiter what I've done.
If you wish to avoid these pricks and they have a role, it's easy!
Send in a perfect CV, matching each requirement 100%... put a false name, address, new mobile number etc (how can they check?) Then Top Uni, FTSE100 companies and top roles within them. When the RC phones, and they ALWAYS do, play along. Say it sounds a great job, you want to do it etc. After a few moments, they will specify their client and "email" (use a fake one in the new name) you their details.
