This is why mastiffs are great. They are gentle and kind to the baby...but they are so big the baby wont like break him lol

@dodge96neon I sure hope so! He is 4 and I keep hearing they live to be 6 to 8... I'm hoping more like 9 or 10 :)

@1219maddiejames 8-10 is a fair norm. 6 is if they have heath problems from my experience, but most gentle giants can live to be in their early teens if given proper diet and heath screenings :)

Samson is an amazing pup and he puts up with so much but I do not let anyone hit or abuse him, hes just the baby jungle gym! :)
