  • there aren't words.

  • found it!! thankyou uploader! yeh!

  • Most charming movie I have seen recently! I adored this scene, although it was short. Yet, this song got stuck in my head. Love it! Ms. Baker was trully a champion beauty.

  • Lecuona Cuban Boys and Josephine Baker ...excelent combination...

  • I just saw the movie a few night ago... it actually was pretty nice

  • Too bad this song is from the 1930's, not the 1920's...Love Midnight In Paris, but that was a fail

  • kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

    musica show

  • There's no other word for this song than funky. If you pumped up the bass on this (without actually messing with the track) you could play this in a club today.

  • Makes me want to live in Paris in the 20s...in the rain.

  • Here because of Midnight in Paris

  • I want Woody Allen and Clint Eastwood do movies until the world ends, PLEASE!

  • Figured out the year release for this wonderful song. 1936. wtf, Allen?

  • tyrying to find somewhere I can download this song. Anybody know?

  • is she singing in french ?? I am french and I don't understand ! WTF ? Est-ce qu'elle chante en français ? Je suis française et je ne comprends pas !

  • @CsyraVampireHeart I can't understand it at all either. I'm like, is that spanish or french!? haha. I don't care. It's wonderful. I mumble along until she says "LA CONGA BLICOTI!". Lol.

  • How delicious. The second I heard this music I new it must have been Josephine Baker from the vision in the film and my brief knowledge of her. Googled and "Voila!". What a joy to hear.

  • RIP THOM YORKE

  • I love this song and the scene, but by the sound of the quality of the song it is most likely from the 30s and not the 20s.

  • @MilanRecords would you happen to know the original release date of this song?

  • I think that Josephine Baker could have influenced Carmen Miranda. Anyway I fell in love for Carmen, I am now also by Josephine.

    Obrigado Wood Allen!!!

  • It's official. I've listened to this song like 50 times already. haha.

  • Tiny Tim's Sister

  • i love the movie (even bad woody allen is great and this is great woody allen) and i love the song but wasn't the conga about ten years later?

  • owen wilson's facial expression was hilarious watching josephine baker do her thing.

  • This song was way ahead of it's time. The beat sounds like a modern day house beat.

  • I also loved this scene. It reaffirms to me how great a woman Josephine Baker was and is.

  • Isn't this Josephine Baker, not Woody Allen? Why are there no images of her? She was screwed in her day by the racism of America and Europe, and here she is getting the short shrift from a supposedly liberal movie producer who is arc-ing over her song as if it were his work. Where is Josephine Baker?

  • this a real hood nigga joint

  • ayo, yall pusshole bloodclot niggas must want dead if u think this is much soft. me an my crimeys finna blast dis in my candy green cutlass as we roll thru east ny baby. we finna come do it

  • @mothernaturesson89 i didn't understand a word of that but you do what you do. La Conga Blicoti! haha.

  • just watched the movie. This specific scene was simply awesome...!

  • gee, i really enjoyed to movie. i may not have been deep or life-changing, but i still found it charming, touching even. i really have no problem with entertainment that , for only 90 mins of my life, makes me smile a bit.

  • @mrsean111

yah i totally agree with you! it made me smile. one of the best movies woody had made in a while!

  • from what century r u guys ?

  • The first time I heard that song was from that flick. To jam it at Bricktops in Paris in the 20's must had been the bomb.

  • The only enjoyable moment of tMIDNIGHT in PARIS, I love that song!!! Thanks for uploading it!!!

  • @alchimiste1968 The only? That whole movie was enjoyable!

  • @TheNatalieBerg : I live in Paris since 1999, and I can tell you that the whole movie is just recycling from the same old Woody Allen's characters from his previous movies, and an unbearable sequence of "clichés" of Paris.

  • @alchimiste1968

I've lived in Paris since 1919, and I can tell you, that was what it was really like back then.

  • @alchimiste1968 where are you from originally? can you tell more about living in Paris in our time? I want to move there eventually

  • @urban7rat : Paris is great. Expensive, though. I'm originally from Venezuela.

  • @alchimiste1968 Cool. I am from Mexico :) I hope I get to live in Paris sometime..

  • Nice
