I love all the recent videos you have been posting, I think they're great! I love the idea of rotating the toys so I definitely think we will try that since we've been having extreme toy overload issues lol. Love the girls rooms and esp. love the homemade train table. I have a lil boy and he loves trains so thats a wonderful idea. Thanks for the awesome
What are the different things you do with the bean bags? Did you get your shelving from Ikea too? I'm trying to find affordable box shelving like this for all the toys. They're flowing out of our "treasure chest" that we have. It's driving me mad. And I've been rotating toys out too. It plays on my nerves less, because I hate the living room full of toys where I can't even walk lol! Love these vids!!
Tossing games and balancing games (like on your head) are good with the beanbags. Yes I did get the shelving that is in Felicity's room from Ikea too, I have also found that type of furniture from cheap shops too.
I don't care what people say about IKEA -they have some great stuff especially if you have kids. It's so lovely and tidy (yet lived in). This is the look I always aspire to but achieve about once every two weeks lol! I try to keep some of Luca's toys from him and bring different ones out every few weeks or so and that really helps. I love the shelving idea - one toy per shelf. Is that Montessori? Thanks for sharing. How do you get everything done? I'd love a video on that :)))
Yes, the house would be filled with toys that aren't used and also that are not treated with respect, this way I can swap them out and then they will actually play with them. It keeps it neat and tidy too.
IKEA! I get everything from Ikea, although we bought this one second-hand to save money. It is great because the top bunk is not too high, its a reversible bed also.
Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much for doing this! I really enjoyed the video and I had to giggle as I watched and realised we are too similar. We both have identical toys on our child's shelves (almost!). I will do a responce later for you but it's a bit spooky how similar we are right now.
I don't know if you responded to my other comment on another video but what are the name of the plastic bin/drawers in the closet? They look aloth bigger than anything I can find. Do you remember where you got them? The girls room looks great too! I am searching for something for the baby's room for clothes and diapering things. Thanks
@Amyms27 Yes, I replied to your Personal message. I got them from Spotlight and the Reject Shop, they retail for about $30 or $40 I think. I love ours, they come in so handy.
Respond to this video... Thank you, that makes perfect sense. They don't look to bare and cold without looking cluttered and full of stuff. Its makes it a lot easier to pack up at the end of the day.
Thanks, it has taken a few months of rearranging until I am happy with where everything is and making it function the best way possible.
I recycled all of Laceys clothes and toys, Felicity has had very little bought new for her. Now I have bought Felicity a few outfits that we don't have the right sizes to match the season we are in (did that just make sense?)
Lv all UR new vids on the Montessori & the girl's new bdrms.

Where did you find Laci's bead set? Looks like something my kids would love. Nice rooms...there so organized. =)

@MissLea922
The lacing beads? I found them at a charity shop for a few dollars, I suppose you could buy them from toy shops but I haven't seen many around.
And thank you :)
