  • Nice takeoff

  • I wonder why some pilots build up so much speed rolling down the runway before actually taking off? Not all pilots do this though, is it a matter of following a procedure?

  • depends on weight onboard and a few other things, if the plane is heavy, it'll havev a faster v1, rotate, and v2 speed, so you'll see the plane goign faster on t/o, but on a lighter aircraft, it'll look real slow when it takes off. in denver its normal for a plane t ohave a really fast take off, because denvers elevation is 5000 feet, and the air is thinner, which requires more airspeed to take off

  • if you notice, the runways at denver are longer. cause the air is thinner you gotta have a higher takeoff speed

  • They wanna make sure that they get enough speed to take off

  • was the first class cabin leather

  • Nice steep climb-out! Thanks for the view. :)

  • what so great about that...no different then we've all seen a dozens of times. NOT

  • Yeah DixieMedic, Im kind of doing that too, im changing planes in Denver, but im going to Los Angeles.
