Does it endorse it or mention it? There is a difference. I can think of passages and a commandment (for the last one) that express that those are terrible things that should not be done. However, there are records where people claim God told them to kill (although that idea is still in practice today, its an easy way to rally people behind you).

As far as Muhammad, I was not aware of this and I need to do more research before I give an opinion.
