@tonibabydoll1063, thanks, that would be great. It is just speculation at the moment. I gather that Tai has an American tour upcoming in September and might do a one-day concert in Toronto. I hope the rumour proves to be true and that I am in Toronto back from Thailand.

@DL45421, yes, yes and yes. This is saam paan bok in Ubon. I went there last year because it is such a beautiful area. I was at the site in September so instead of 3,000 bot, I could only see about 5. 55555. The best time to visit, as you know, would be April and the dry season. Thanks.

After looking at this video so many times, I decided to visit Khong Chiam in Ubon province on April 28th. I am looking forward to visiting there soon. I ended up to being interested in the place where Tai Oratai has been grown up, who produced a lot of nice music for me.

- The place where the music video was taped is at "Sarm Phan Bok"(สามพันโบก), (in summer), ( in the middle of) Mae Khong River, Posai, Ubonrachatani, Thailand. (สามพันโบก อ.โพธิ์ไทร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี)

- It was taped in summer when there's less water so you can see a lot of rocks.

The scenery is really stunning as are the clothes and Tai's singing and dancing. I visited this area in September because of these songs. The scenery was nice but not so spectacular because it was the rainy season and much of what you see in the video was covered in water. The best time to go is in April. I was told that Tai recorded here (Saam Paan Bot, Mun River, Ubonratchathani Province) in early April.

I have a story to impart with you. My close friend who had recently traveled to Sipsongpanna in Hunan in China. Briefly, the Sipsongpanna region is known as Dai (Tai) in Chinese. It is part of the Chiang Mai (Lanna) world. At one time it was part of the Lanna kingdom and shares much of the language, writing system, culture and so on of northern Thailand. Also included in this world in the Shan of Burma, and the Ahom of India, and some of the Lao of the old Lan Chang kingdom. Nowadays, of course, these Tai people are separated from one another by political boundaries, but their culture is almost the same.
