This used to be my least-favorite color combo, but now it's my favorite!!!!!! Getting one to match my J Mascis Jazzmaster (which is killer, BTW). Nice playing and nice tone! These new Squiers are amazing deals.

Yeah this is my favorite color scheme as well. Oly White with Gold pickguard...sweet!!!

Good sound. Always surprised by the quality of Squier guitars. Would need a good amp sound though.

@javitf96 It depends who you ask. Google "Classic Vibe Strat 50's or 60's" and you will find a lot of discussions on it. You already know which one I chose!

@javitf96 it depends on a bunch of things - do you like maple or rosewood fretboards, do you like alnico 3 or 5 magnets... do you want white or candy apple red, or 2 or 3 tone sunburst... it's a minefield! :o)

@prann2003 Thanks Prann! Very nice of you to say. I lost my wife to cancer last year after a two year battle and I didn't care about anything but her during that time. I'm just starting to enjoy music again.
