I have an old Allen Bradley PLC 2. Is there any software I could get to practice programing the unit with. To make it actually do something. Not just to run a simulator on the computer but to actually program the unit. Thanks

RSLogix 500 is a program from Rockwell Software that you will have to purchase - and yes they are proud of it. You should be able to purchase it from your local Allen Bradley Representative.

Thanks for the comment. I agree. Part 2 of my introduction to ladder video has that, but I have not had time to put it together yet. The primary purpose of this video is an introduction to RSLogix. I put these together in between projects. The videos I have here were never meant to stand alone, but be part of a series. I will get back to putting together more.
