  • I was wondering why all npcs just stand there being shot.

  • Is this a modification to the standoff behavior, a new behavior or did you add it to the core AI? Is their shifting movements part of the same AI schedules or are you quickly shifting between different schedules?

    All my people do is stand around like complete morons and get killed...

  • I'm not very sure if same NPC types (Citizens) can be coded with different AI, but if you are releasing another NPC video next time, can you please make one side of the NPC coded with the improved AI, and the other, the vanilla AI? This will prove that your AI is indeed improved. Thanks!

  • @zwyo no, because this is a modification of the baseai that every npc uses. i'd have to copy and make it inherit the old ai which would be alot of work.
