Maybe 20-25 years ago, people would have been fooled. Although even in the early 90's, there was some CGI in movies (like "Terminator 2" and "Jurassic Park" ), so people could tell this was fake.
The better this technology gets, the more you will not be able to believe anything you see. Trust me guys, this is bad stuff and they are testing it in plain sight with "Comedy" to distract you for what this will be used for in the future.
