you know after this I went and looked at Issac mizrahis collections and there is no way any of these designer can or will ever be on his level. His designs are stellar they shine they reek of class and wealth and he makes these people look like kindergardners

The Fashion Show is a good show, but not as good as Project Runway because it doesn't understand that ready to wear doesn't go down the runway.
what goes down the runway is avante garde and high concept, look at any mcqueen show, and then it is toned down for the every day women.
james paul will go the farthest he has the most vision and calm, collected focus. i think anna's collection was the worst of the three and her rainbow dress looked like a rocket pop.
i love all 3 designers collections but my opinion is i think anna deserved to win cause her clothes are wearable and can sell out in a matter of minutes , i thought daniella collection was very strong i mean if i was a girl i would buy her whole collection but james paul, his collection was good but to me it wasnt wearable i mean his collection was good but its to complicated and most women dont want to wear clothes like that

I think my own style is closer to Danella's collection, but I find Anna's collection so beautiful and wearable, yet classy and high fashion that I think for America and the fashion industry and the simple issue of who will be successful she was the deserving winner. :)

I am still at a loss for who should have won. I still love both of their collections. I liked anna's for her single pieces it was easy to takes them apart and pair with other pieces and daniella's was just great collectively. i still don't know how i feel about this. I am still in love with both their collections and artistic ability.
First thanks to the uploader, I live in Germany and we don´t have Bravo TV here ;-) I liked the show and can´t wait for the second season. The only thing they should change is the telly voting. The viewers decide on the personality who should win and not on the best design with the most talented designer.
Hooray 4 Anna. She's a "good fit" for the intent & theme of the show Real Fashion for Real People. her dezynes were more RTW. Daniella will be a success no matter what. I personally think this loss is good 4 her ego-humility's a good thing. She has a tremendous amout of confidence in her abilities & destiny. a loss at this age won't hinder her. JP is a true & pure artiste & I look forward to visiting an art gallery or the Smithsonian to view his creations. overall I liked TFS & may watch S2.
I'm happy that she won. I like her clothing is because it was simple. I felt that the other designers were way to over the top. I felt that some of them were very DRAG Queen. they were nice but it was just a little bit to much. The winners dress was more realistic. It was something that an everday average person would wear. I'm happy for Anna. :)
Thank god Anna won. Although Daniella was a c#nt, she had good designs until the actual final Fashion Show where every piece looked like a trash bin. Most of Reco's pieces looked like they belonged in a nightclub. James-Paul was super nice, but his designs looked bulky and mundane.
I really liked Anna's pieces. Nice flow and design, and THEY ACTUALLY HAD COLOR, giving them a distinct flair and flavor.
Wow, super awkward......... unlike the Project Runway reunions. I hardly laughed at all. The topics they talked about were either negative or mundane. You've gotta have a balance of funny, controversy, and typical...
The only part I laughed at was Kelly Rowland's true purpose on the show.

from the begining I loved this show , there were lots of wonderful ideas and designs and very talented designers. I mostly liked James Paul, Reco, Daniella.....
I love this show ... Isaac Mizrahi is a personal inspiration to me and one of my heroes because he epitomizes such exuberance and optimism ... I cancelled my cable TV earlier this summer due to finances so THANKS for posting these last episodes! I already can't wait for season 2!
I love this show. I'm actually sad it's over. I fell in lvoe with Isaac all over again (like I did after "Unzipped") and Kelly, too! What a great pair they make. Great job, Anna!
James Paul deserved to win with his incredible, progressive collection. Daniella received the judge's vote as a she was more in the moment. But she was never going to win an audience vote - that would have gone to Reco, so the vote was destined for Anna or James Paul. Daniella and James Paul received a very similar percentage of the vote. I think the audience just couldn't bring themselves to vote for a JP, too far from the norm - and Anna's collection was just beautiful, regardless of context.
Totally knew Anna would win! Everyone looks for a collection where every piece is desirable. From an industry standpoint, Daniella should have won, but I love both their designs so I am happy with the result. Angel summed up James Paul's collection perfectly. It was so emotional and you can feel the passion he has for his work. I think he will be very successful.
I had a feeling James-Paul wouldn't win even though I was routing for him all the way. I thought his collection was lovely and very fashion forward. But as it was always said in the opening scene, Real Fashion for Real People, and let's face it not everyone would wear it. But I love how he quoted Vivienne Westwood, which stood for what he was aiming for. Anna's line was very wearable, that one dress that was white and had a print was very pretty.
LMFAO! the segment betwwen 9:15 till the end is hilarious! Isaac n the judges totally rush up (isaac) to Hug Anna but she's busy hugging her fellow contestants. So they basically got snubbed, & Isaac/judges r a bit embaressed/or too proud & stare away on 2 the floor (this seems to go on for ever!) & everyone knows it but no one wants to reach out to anyone?!?! OLOLLOL i know im childish but its funny cuzz they're suppose 2 be so cool and what happend, was SO not and its on tv for us to watch!
HAHAHA and even funier 9:12 kelly and Fern attempt to get up but realize Isaac is still sitting..and of course u cant upstage the star/host of the show. So they wait......haha
I agree that Anna's best pieces weren't offered on the Bravo website - at least, not in their original form. They put up a much uglier version of her cute print dress with the pleated skirt (the vagina dress, lol), and it was in completely different colors. So no wonder it wasn't the top seller!
When Daniella got 10K I had a sneaking suspicion JP had lost and Anna had won.
JP and Reco don't be pissed. The best thing that could've happened to both of you was losing on that show. Both of you will STILL be designing fierce and fabulous clothes 30 years from now EVERYBODY wants.
That being said, if we're strictly going by "Real Fashion For Real People", America got it right. Anna consistently made clothing the average American IMMEDIATELY would buy. So congrats to her.

I kind of saw it coming. JP made an amazing collection but I thought it would only be voted on by a specific number of people that actually gets the kind of stuff he does. The general public prefer clothes that are more casual and wearable, hence why the winner was who they were.
Me too.... Although his is most original and unique, I have to admit that his clothes could add a little hint of practicality and make women's body look good. He could have win if he edited his clothes and matched his intricated clothes with a matching simple clothes that could appeal to others... I'm really glad that at least his design on the first week was the most-sold garment (Sold Out!!!). Please continue your imaginative design, James-Paul!!!

shoulderpads kinda are in but like smaller than the 80s of course haha, like the structured ones in marc jacobs collection, go check it out, i used to HATE anything 80sfashion with a vengeance, but his collection is absolutely stunning in its creativity

I don't think it was her personality that cost her, it's just that Anna's collection was completely wearable for all types of people. Like Isaac said, Daniella was sort of a sizist, and probably not everybody could wear her collection.
I still love james paul's collection. His clothes are overly high fashion for the current market and people are still not ready to accept that. But who knows 20 years later his design is a must have pieces for everyone?
Daniella thought she had it in the bag.LOL! Anna's collection was ready to wear simple pieces...Dani's was a bit too edgy for everyday people. JP's work was excellent. Merlin thinks that everyone wants to dress in red and wild clothes to go to the store for milk. Silly rabbit. james pauls shoe thing was so old, margiela's done it, and lots of students from CSM in london!! His collection, a extremely bad version of Comme des Garcons. Concepts are great but its all about wearabilty. Regardless of what he quotes from Viv Westwood, her clothes are flattering and beautiful. Daniela's was not high fashion, or even that new, I see Balmain, Givenchy and many others in her collection, Anna's was a mish mash of OK bits.
this episode (and i don't necessarily mean the winner of the competition... although i would have picked someone else) was made in a really cheap and lame way...
you know this was a cheapened version of project runway...because it was more about commercial appeal instead of pure creativity. If it had been the same people but on project runway, I think James Paul would have won... he was more inventive and i would wear his work over the others...
i thought that james paul is the most high fashion like haute couture, something normal people wouldn't wear ....anna's the most retail and sellable and daniella's the most young and fashion forward (now)

I don't like Daniella at all, but I've said from the off that her collection is the most cohesive and the most 'now'.
Anna's collection was all over the place. It was just a bunch of nice pieces.
JP is brilliant, but a niche choice - his design is too edgy for most people.
The designs from Anna's which are being sold on bravotv are not her best - her charming print dresses are nowhere to be seen.
Also, Johnny's has not sold out because it is made badly out of gross pleather.

shoulderpads kinda are in but like smaller than the 80s of course haha, like the structured ones in marc jacobs collection, go check it out, i used to HATE anything 80sfashion with a vengeance, but his collection is absolutely stunning in its creativity

I thought JP would have been the judges choice. Daniella was in the moment but not wearable like anna or fashion forward like JP.

apparently this show is not about high fashion. it's just a contest about whose clothes were most wearable. i'm happy for anna, but if this were the project runway show, pretty sure james paul would have won.

I agree. James Paul's collection was the most fashion forward. Anna's collection is wearable and pretty but I don't know if we can see anything new and unique from her.

I don't think it was her personality that cost her, it's just that Anna's collection was completely wearable for all types of people. Like Isaac said, Daniella was sort of a sizist, and probably not everybody could wear her collection.

I still love james paul's collection. His clothes are overly high fashion for the current market and people are still not ready to accept that. But who knows 20 years later his design is a must have pieces for everyone?

Daniella thought she had it in the bag.LOL! Anna's collection was ready to wear simple pieces...Dani's was a bit too edgy for everyday people. JP's work was excellent. Merlin thinks that everyone wants to dress in red and wild clothes to go to the store for milk. Silly rabbit. Reco, your collection was nice and I was rooting for you, but it was missing that pizzazz. Good luck to all

james pauls shoe thing was so old, margiela's done it, and lots of students from CSM in london!! His collection, a extremely bad version of Comme des Garcons. Concepts are great but its all about wearabilty. Regardless of what he quotes from Viv Westwood, her clothes are flattering and beautiful. Daniela's was not high fashion, or even that new, I see Balmain, Givenchy and many others in her collection, Anna's was a mish mash of OK bits.

no event, no show, nothing...

you know this was a cheapened version of project runway...because it was more about commercial appeal instead of pure creativity. If it had been the same people but on project runway, I think James Paul would have won... he was more inventive and i would wear his work over the others...

i thought that james paul is the most high fashion like haute couture, something normal people wouldn't wear ....anna's the most retail and sellable and daniella's the most young and fashion forward (now)
