God, I pray that you will free these hostages, who were serving you in Afghanistan, by your power, as you have done so many times in the past, and make Luke 10:19 a reality for them! I believe you are hearing this 'virtual' prayer and I ask you to raise up intercessors in your church to pray for them as well. We love you Jesus, and there's no way for us to not talk about your love to the world. Free them, God!"

in any case, whether we think the missionary was wrong or not, we ALL should hope for the best and wait for the safe release of the hostages. this entire argument is in the past tense and we should drop it untill they are all released

father lord just please help these korean people. These people had come on a mission for you. I know jesus they to afghaistan for a reason they went to expand the christan's in the world, but it seemed that they have been hostaged. Jesus just please help these 23 people to get out safely back to korea, jesus i can trust you! you are the way truth and the life. These people need your help they are counting on your jesus. Jesus i know they will be free soon i belive in jesus name AMEN.

Thank God for Missionaries such as these. They do not force anyone into Christianity. People have been attacking them for their conviction. If only few more people could stand with conviction like the men and women of God, this world would be a better place..

I see peace in their face and I know the Lord Jesus Christ is with them and in their souls. You may hate and curse at them, who ever does is foolish for I doubt that most of you would have the courage to stand on principle such as the Missionaries. God Bless You Brothers and Sisters. We Pray for you and your captors for we know you are a tetamento of what courage men could have when Jesus is in our hears.

tell me..... is this the time to worry about the wrong decision the missionary made? its been DONE, stop crying over a spilled milk. Whether they did wrong or not, they are still human beings, they need our support and help. dont u care that all those families are suffering? dont u ppl care that the hostages need our support? i stayed neutral because if i get too biased on public site like youtube, i'll get burned by hard lined fools. but that still does not mean i cannot be concerned about the hostages, besides the point of the comment was to tel some hot headed fools here to have a heart and be concerned about the hostages no matter what their religious view may be

In the footage of the female hastages is interesting to see that they are so peaceful. I believe our Lord Jesus Christ has provided them with strenght. there was once a lake full of crocodiles...and there was a group of adults standing by when a group of children went in to play and swim. as the crocodiles swam in to eat the children the group of adults divided into 3. there was a group that said "oh..poor children" and just watched. there was a group that said "let's go help them" and jumped in to save the children. there was a group that said "stupid adults..u can't do anything!!"

Reading some comments, it's sad that someppl can be so unsympathetic of this situation. I understand where some people are coming from on how "they made their own fate" and how people are focusing and criticizing on the fact that they are Christians.I am a Christian Korean also, however, this is not a matterof whether these people were christian missionaries or not and criticizing them for it.
At the end, these people are whose lives are at stake, that went to serve others in need.

i know it seems wrong for the korean missionaries to go over to another country and try to convert them into christians, but its the people's lives that are on the line here...
i know that the war in the middle east is killing hundreds and thousands of people, but that doesn't mean more people should deserve to die.

Children of Afghanistan are innocent and they deserve to play,eat and educate rather than bullets from America and Taliban or to anybody else.I salute Korean missionary for their humanitarian action to make childrens happy even in their own little way dspite in a dangerous situation especially most of them are female without guns & the only weapon they got is God's words and skills to love and care.If we are Man enough can we do what they did?

Most of christian in korea don't get the point out of this tragedy. Basically, The war started from the fact western world didn't accept these people's belief. And, these korean christian were doing exaclty same thing in afghanistan. They went there trying to convert those kids to christian.
