I work for a Rally's franchise and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that you got BAD SERVICE! I wouldn't feed that to my dog...I'm part of the management team, and if I sold a burger like that to ANYONE, there would be consequences. I have never seen a Philly made that poorly, and even though I don't work at the location where you purchased that, let me say that I'm sorry you received it.

As far as the nutritional information, I haven't been told anything officially--there maybe something on the website, but I haven't looked. And as far as refusal to assist guests who have requested it is definitely something that should be reported. (That too should be on the website.)

they're actually pretty good in metro Atlanta; although I've always preferred Rally's over Checker's...there really is a difference in quality & freshness. go w/the former, if at all possible.

That sux.... You really need to come to Orlando. They make them awesome here, easily my new favorite burger. True the meat isn't as large and nice looking as the commercial, but at least you get as much here.

Which location? When I was on vacation down there, I went to two locations. One on International Drive and the other on another main road which name has escaped me. The one on I-Drive was terrible! Had less items and the Big Buford was a terrible letdown.

The one near UCF. Yea, ask someone that lives in/near Orlando how many times they actually eat something near the tourists blackhole that is I-Drive and you should see why lol.

I got one and mine definitely had more than yours did. Not as much as the commercial, but definitely enough that I was thoroughly satisfied with its deliciousness. You must have just been a victim of circumstance, and having enjoyed the tastiness of justice, I weep for your loss.
