my experience:Basically i signed up on a deal. I cancelled my membership in october 2009, but they kept charging me until February 2010, when I called to ask them to stop and for a refund. They stopped but never refunded my money. They wouldn't answer my calls, and kept lying to me telling me i'd get my refund any day. It's been a year and a half. Moshe, has a reputation as a thief for good reason.
