@MrRichard911 It really depends on what you're looking for. I don't have the amp anymore, but it was fun having it. If I were to look for a small grab and go combo, I'd probably consider it again, but I'm not crazy about 10 inch speakers for guitar. This is why I would prefer a small and low powered head with an external 1x12 cab. Take a look at one of my videos, where I present a Reason Bambino Grande, absolutely wonderful small amp, and loud enough to even gig with.
thanks for your demo man... i have a question though, can this amp be used to like rehearse with a full band and cut through the mix?i mean, is it powerful enough? i'd be very thankful if you could answer that for me
@pdurou On its own, probably not. With a bigger external cab it would probably cut, depending on the type of music you play. I used it in a pretty loud rock band, with a 2x12 cab, and it worked. Not my ideal setup, but it worked.
Hey..sounds amazing really...same as the expensive tube amps but actually sounds better...can you get that pushed tube sag sound...you know when it sounds like the tubes can't handle all the signal and start kind of sounding like they are going to break,...thanks this was great
@xakkal1 if I remember corectly this was made with a custom made guitar from a local builder, loaded with Suhr Doug Aldrich pickups. Those are some of the hottest passive PU's, very high quality also.
Great little amp, nice playing!

@pdurou
look, this amp can get as loud as a normal 50W guitar amp , so.. i think it`s by it`s own just fine for rehearsals

Great video man! I have this cube too. What overdrive pedal you use this video? I'm thinking of buying fulltone ocd to boost it
xakkal1 1 year ago
@xakkal1 Thanks, there is no pedal in this video, just the guitar into the amp. I have some hot pickups though.

Ah yes, the old books propping up the mic trick. Personally I've started using an overpedal. To prop the mic up, I mean.
This is probably one of the clearer demos I've heard on Youtube...

Great demo, sounds awesome. I'm looking for an all tube practive amp and read good things about the lc15.
jadriverable 1 year ago
My lc15 has to be turned up quite loud (6-7) to achieve this kind of sound.

can it make this awesome sound at low volume too?

@asecretlove1 This is actually at pretty low volume, I would say just a little above apartment level
