Likely that it involves Master of the Hellish Yard(Gumi) and Master of the Heavenly Yard(Len--Possibly Allen from the Daughter of Evil novels). The Original Sin series(moonlit bear, Abandonment on a Moonlit Night, Chrono Story) explain the creation of the Sins. There are documents that go with them from the World Guide.

@lubylime Vanity is one side of Pride. Rin is Vanity, and Len is Pride. One is negative (Rin being vain), and one is positive, unless used in excess (Len was so proud of Rin, and let her do whatever) That's why there are four mirrors. Two for Vanity, and Two for Pride
I'm also having trouble reconciling the lyrics of Laboratory of the Full Moon and Wordplay with what we know about Elluka's backstory. Wordplay may be an old song but Laboratory is comparatively recent. If the song is supposed to be about Elluka or from her prospective why is Rin singing it instead of Luka? Even Chrono Story, which starts out with Rin & Len singing from the prospective of Hansel and Gretel, switches to Luka when the focus changes to Elluka.

My conclusion is that MA was trying to create live beings, ending up with the girl from Playing with Words, who becomes the girl in Laboratory Under the Full Moon. MA = Elluka. So Elluka was the one who did all that. That's my guess, at least.

But Recollective Organ and Laboratory Under the Full Moon are thrown right in between moonlit and Abandonment. Then it goes straight to Madness of Duke Venomania, with a side song from Miku after, then Gluttony and so on. Lots of side songs.

Laboratory Under the Full Moon is a direct sequel to Wordplay/Playing with Words, but we aren't even sure either song is related to the Evillious Chronicles, let alone where on the timeline they fall. The only clear connection we have is that the last line of Wordplay is also the first line of Clockwork Lullaby, and the use of learning/teaching words as a recurrent theme across all three songs.
@Graskell She says that Full Moon is connected to Recollective because of Elluka's lab. The Full Moon Lab was Elluka's laboratory before it got destroyed.
@conan1904 Out of curiosity, where exactly is this information coming from? A book? A post on Mothy's blog? I certainly don't remember anything about Elluka having a lab that was destroyed from the songs themselves. Furthermore, Full Moon Laboratory/Wordplay/Clockwork Lullaby are all sung by Rin, who has never been directly associated with Elluka Clockworker as POV.
I'm curious now... since the person who did the illustrations is also the person who translated the song, does it make this an official translation? That could confirm some stuff (Vanity instead of Pride, and the English spelling of Eldoh) if that's the case.
Awesome work, Rgveta. I hope that you and Mothy can work together again, because I think your style would be really good with Recollective Orgel (although that's probably already in-progress with someone else, but it's a nice fantasy).
@TimmyOSaurus Elluka switches bodies a few times over the course of the series. After Venomania's song, she switches bodies with the Luka in that song (Lukana) and gets pink hair. She keeps this for most of the series, up until Enbizaka begins and she switches with a black-haired Luka (Kayo); the sixth Clockwork Lullaby song shows her in that form.
I don't know if there's any significance in her hair colors, though. I think it's just a visual aid so that viewers know which body she's in.

Form two can be seen in the Aku No Musume novels, form three takes role in Capriccio Farce and Tailorshop on Enbizaki. :| There MAY be a PV for it, but if there is, her first form will also be seen in Recollective Organ. The ONLY time Lily is mentioned is likely in the Aku no Musume series. If at all. :|

Once upon a time, there was a woman and her husband who lived in the forest with their children. Because they lived in the forest, they were poor and it was hard to find enough to eat however they were happy. However, misfortune fell upon the couple as all their children died. @lslouiseEWS Eve Moonlit becomes consumed by hr misery and one day while she was walking through the forest, she saw a pair of twins. Hansel and Gretel Moonlit would be called later on. The twin's mother had left them for a minute to get something and was going to return shortly. But, Eve wanting to have her children back, kidnapped the baby twins. The real mother saw her and chased her, crying, begging for her children back. But, Eve, consumed by fear, kills the real mother.

As I have mentioned, they were poor and living in the forest made getting food hard. Eve finally is eaten away by her quilt and hunger and talks Adam into abandoning the children. But, the two knew they were going to and used the bottle their real mother kept their milk in to guide their way back to the cottage.

Then Eluka Clock tower (the sorceress of time) is called by the great tree (forgot it's official name) and is asked to collect the sins from the human filth (sorry, had to be put this way) that carried the sins within them. She agrees, for entertainment. She sets out to Lust, the first one too be unleashed. She uses a power (I will call it body take over) and uses a woman (I believe she was named Kadou)

In duke's fault, he is killed by a man who was searching for his love (unknown) who fell for his spell. (PM me if you want to know that story in more detail) Kadou (i will call the first body swapped this until I'm told differently) was pregnant with a child who will become the long line of successors in another part of this tale I will mention it later.
@lslouiseEWS All the sins had a vessel, in Lust, it was Duke's sword. In the next carrier was a woman named Kayo. She was the envy's carrier. She wanted nothing more than to have a lover like her mother had and believes that a local man (who didn't know her) was her husband. Because of this, she stalks him and later on kills his family thinking they're his affairs. However, while the whole story is going on, Eluka had body take over on Kayo so Kayo had no idea she was the one doing the crimes.
@lslouiseEWS Out of all the sins, Kayo is the only one who wasn't punished (although, we don't know about wrath yet) Eluka takes Kayo's scissors, which were used to kill her victims. Kayo's body is later used by Eluka (and this is a LONG time later) later on and calls herself MA, the builder of the theater (although, I haven't been certain on this fact yet, sorry). But, now she no longer collects the sins herself, she has someone do it for her.

Pride, the daughter of evil. This story is the biggest out of the sins.

For this, I will go back a lot to tell all their back stories, so be patient. Lets start with the Prince and Princess. When they were little, there was a great war.
@lslouiseEWS Allan is claimed dead but is actually saved by Germaine's father. Rilliane grows up believing he is dead and is crowned queen at age 13 or 14. (this is a little undetermined) Wanting to be with his siter and keeping the image of the innocent, kind little twins sister he knew, he went back to the castle and became her main servant. She does know he is alive now, and acts like her old self (at times) around him.

Clarise was a woman who grew up in a town of people with beautiful green hair but she was born albino and was shunned by the whole town. One day, when she went into the forest to pray to the great tree, the spirit of Eld or Michaela sees her. The albino catches her interest. Eld can not understand why Clarise is sad or why she's different and wants to learn. Eluka now comes in again.
@lslouiseEWS Eluka gives Eld the body of Eve (don't ask how) so Eld can grant Clarise's biggest wish, to have at least one friend. Eld renames herself Michaela and collapses at the base of the great tree. Clarise finds her and helps her, and that was the beginning of their friendship. But, Micheala is loved by everyone for her kind heart, beautiful voice and beautiful voice and Clarise starts to doubt their friendship. She believes that Micheala is lying to her and confronts her.
@lslouiseEWS But, her suspicions are proven wrong and their friendships deepens. To escape the village, they move to a small town and work for a merchant's wife (I believe it's the same one mentioned in the book, not sure) and live happily togethe untill the banquet where Kyle, the prince from across the sea, comes. Now I will go back but not as far this time. Rilliane was in love with Kyle and asked for his hand in marriage which at first he accepted however-
@lslouiseEWS - he sees Micheala and falls in love with her and cancels his engagement with Rilliane. I will go back once again to explain Germaine's story. She was the adopted daughter of Leonhart, a guard of the royal palace and was also the adoptive sister of Allen when Leonhart saved Allen from death and hid him during the war. They were happy and Allen left to go to his real sister's side but because of new cut offs, the kingdom was low on food. A famine.
@lslouiseEWS Leonhart starts to smuggle food out to give to the starving villagers, however his actions aren't unknown for long, and Rilliane orders the death of whoever was the one taking her food (she didn't know who exactly). Germaine finds his dead body near a river and vows revenge against the cruel and selfish princess. We have now collected the rough ends of this story and will connect them. Rilliane starts a war with the village of green haired woman. The woman were no match for the army
@lslouiseEWS Micheala is taken away quickly and hidden in a well, away from anyone who would kill her. Keel, the wealthy merchant played by Kiyoteru. He later on tells Allen of her wear-abouts. The two supply her with food and protection however she is soon plunged into a deep sadness. She hadn't noticed until she was finally taken away from her, that she cared for Clarise deeply (which the feeling WERE neutral) and wishes she could see her again.
@lslouiseEWS However, Rilliane finds out Micheala was still alive and, with a glass bottle (a tradition with her and Allen) ordered her to be killed. Micheala is killed by a 'golden hair assassin' which many believe is Allen but now new suspicions believe it was Ney, the spy sent over the seas who is played by Neru. Who killed Micheala is unknown at the current moment. But, Kyle somehow knows where she is, and finds her dead body. He, as well, vows revenge.

Allen, when he notices that only one of the could get out, trades clothes with Rilliane and takes her place in being captured. B cause of his wish of her to live on, the sin of Pride is interfered. Only two of the four mirrors of pride is collected, because of this. Rilliane runs off to a sea side city
@lslouiseEWS which was also the city where the bottle tradition with her brother began. There, she meets Clarise who ran away there, heart broken when she found out Michaela was dead. Rilliane faints from over exertion and Clarise helps her. There, the two work for the church on the sea side but one day, Clarise overhears Rilliane in the confession room. Until then, she didn't know Rilliane was the princess who ordered her only friends death. With this new information, she become outraged.
@lslouiseEWS The next day, Rilliane goes out to the sea and does the last time of her and her brother's tradition. She sets a bottle with her greatest wish in it, hoping the legand will let it become true. Clarise appears from behind, Rilliane doesn't notice though, and raises a knife to kill Rilliane with. But, she changes her mind,She pitied Rilliane, she was what Clarise once was, very lonely. They live together fir the rest of their time, working together.
@lslouiseEWS For a brief moment, I'll go back to Micheala or Eld. She is for a while still in 'her' body, dead. She wishes to be reborn with Clarise again, so they could be together again. Gumilla (that is Eluka's assistant or sniper if you prefer) saves her spirit and puts it into a seed. Micheala was chosen to be the successor of the great tree. I believe Gumilla gave Micheala's new seed form to Clarise, to watch over since they loved each other greatly.

He is trapped (his soul) in the master of the court or the vessel of Sloth and Marlon's 'daughter''s womb or stomach, can't remember which one.

The first person she gives it to is her husband, who forgot all their childhood promises. Then proceeds to her family members then the whole town. In the end, she is left with wealth and riches. But, she grows tired of living and drinks the poison herself. However, Sloth had no vessel. This where we discuss Marlon again
@lslouiseEWS Marlon was the carrier of Greed and the collector of most the sins in Eluka's place under her request. His wife and daughter got into an accident and were both killed. He loved his daughter more than anything and wanted her to live. Now Eluka comes in or MA as she now calls herself inside Kayo's body, the once carrier of Envy. She tells him that if he collects the sins, his wish shall come true but she meant to say the opposite of the sins.

He takes bribes from both sides, however gives the bigger bribe, no mater how clearly guilty, he will find them innocent. This, however, goes to far when a war general who is a serial killer is ruled innocent. A civil war starts and the general is killed. In her fathers place, she starts trying to find the last sin Wrath. Now we will go into the clockwork series in here. The clockwork series is the story of the vessels mainly.

Eluka finds out his is Hansel's reincarnation and tries to get him to come with him and Gummila and he in return told Santa they were traitors The Pierrot is killed by Snipper-

So, Rin and Len's characters in this is the two children Miku's character took in the "Moonlit Bear". In other words they became aware of her sin and destroyed her, in what could be, anger/vengeance. The reason mother is quoted is because she stole the children, and the apples are what Miku's character saw when she found the children (tricking herself).

I'm also having trouble reconciling the lyrics of Laboratory of the Full Moon and Wordplay with what we know about Elluka's backstory. Wordplay may be an old song but Laboratory is comparatively recent. If the song is supposed to be about Elluka or from her prospective why is Rin singing it instead of Luka? Even Chrono Story, which starts out with Rin & Len singing from the prospective of Hansel and Gretel, switches to Luka when the focus changes to Elluka.

My conclusion is that MA was trying to create live beings, ending up with the girl from Playing with Words, who becomes the girl in Laboratory Under the Full Moon. MA = Elluka. So Elluka was the one who did all that. That's my guess, at least.

But Recollective Organ and Laboratory Under the Full Moon are thrown right in between moonlit and Abandonment. Then it goes straight to Madness of Duke Venomania, with a side song from Miku after, then Gluttony and so on. Lots of side songs.

Laboratory Under the Full Moon is a direct sequel to Wordplay/Playing with Words, but we aren't even sure either song is related to the Evillious Chronicles, let alone where on the timeline they fall. The only clear connection we have is that the last line of Wordplay is also the first line of Clockwork Lullaby, and the use of learning/teaching words as a recurrent theme across all three songs.

I certainly don't remember anything about Elluka having a lab that was destroyed from the songs themselves. Furthermore, Full Moon Laboratory/Wordplay/Clockwork Lullaby are all sung by Rin, who has never been directly associated with Elluka Clockworker as POV.

@TimmyOSaurus Elluka switches bodies a few times over the course of the series. After Venomania's song, she switches bodies with the Luka in that song (Lukana) and gets pink hair. She keeps this for most of the series, up until Enbizaka begins and she switches with a black-haired Luka (Kayo); the sixth Clockwork Lullaby song shows her in that form.
I don't know if there's any significance in her hair colors, though. I think it's just a visual aid so that viewers know which body she's in.

Form two can be seen in the Aku No Musume novels, form three takes role in Capriccio Farce and Tailorshop on Enbizaki. :| There MAY be a PV for it, but if there is, her first form will also be seen in Recollective Organ. The ONLY time Lily is mentioned is likely in the Aku no Musume series. If at all. :|

The one of black hair Ma, the one who builtvthe clocktower in Capriccio Farce/Clockwork Lullaby VI. Hence her name, Elluka Clockworker. The one in purple/pink is may have been Elluka Clockworker in another form. She is after all "whim of the witch who transcends time", "sorceress of time", etc.

Once upon a time, there was a woman and her husband who lived in the forest with their children. Because they lived in the forest, they were poor and it was hard to find enough to eat however they were happy. However, misfortune fell upon the couple as all their children died. The real mother saw her and chased her, crying, begging for her children back. But, Eve, consumed by fear, kills the real mother.

As I have mentioned, they were poor and living in the forest made getting food hard. Eve finally is eaten away by her quilt and hunger and talks Adam into abandoning the children. But, the two knew they were going to and used the bottle their real mother kept their milk in to guide their way back to the cottage.

She agrees, for entertainment. She sets out to Lust, the first one too be unleashed. She uses a power (I will call it body take over) and uses a woman (I believe she was named Kadou)

@lslouiseEWS (I'm not sure on that though, there's so many names) What she does when she collects a sin, is make sure the carrier is punished. In duke's fault, he is killed by a man who was searching for his love (unknown) who fell for his spell. (PM me if you want to know that story in more detail) Kadou (i will call the first body swapped this until I'm told differently) was pregnant with a child who will become the long line of successors in another part of this tale I will mention it later.

@lslouiseEWS All the sins had a vessel, in Lust, it was Duke's sword. In the next carrier was a woman named Kayo. She was the envy's carrier. She wanted nothing more than to have a lover like her mother had and believes that a local man (who didn't know her) was her husband. Because of this, she stalks him and later on kills his family thinking they're his affairs. However, while the whole story is going on, Eluka had body take over on Kayo so Kayo had no idea she was the one doing the crimes.

@lslouiseEWS Out of all the sins, Kayo is the only one who wasn't punished (although, we don't know about wrath yet) Eluka takes Kayo's scissors, which were used to kill her victims. Kayo's body is later used by Eluka (and this is a LONG time later) later on and calls herself MA, the builder of the theater (although, I haven't been certain on this fact yet, sorry). But, now she no longer collects the sins herself, she has someone do it for her.

@lslouiseEWS I an not remember if it was her assistant who was a spirit given a body (her code-name is sniper , so I will call her that) or if it was Marlon (I believe this is the Greed carrier so I will refer to both like this till told differently) But, whoever was the one doing the collecting for her collected the rest (except Wrath, which has yet to be released) Gluttony from Conitcha, which is pretty much a minor story. Pride, the daughter of evil. This story is the biggest out of the sins.

@lslouiseEWS Allan is claimed dead but is actually saved by Germaine's father. Rilliane grows up believing he is dead and is crowned queen at age 13 or 14. (this is a little undetermined) Wanting to be with his siter and keeping the image of the innocent, kind little twins sister he knew, he went back to the castle and became her main servant. She does know he is alive now, and acts like her old self (at times) around him.

Clarise was a woman who grew up in a town of people with beautiful green hair but she was born albino and was shunned by the whole town. One day, when she went into the forest to pray to the great tree, the spirit of Eld or Michaela sees her. The albino catches her interest. Eld can not understand why Clarise is sad or why she's different and wants to learn. Eluka now comes in again.

Eld renames herself Michaela and collapses at the base of the great tree. Clarise finds her and helps her, and that was the beginning of their friendship. But, Micheala is loved by everyone for her kind heart, beautiful voice and beautiful voice and Clarise starts to doubt their friendship. She believes that Micheala is lying to her and confronts her.

To escape the village, they move to a small town and work for a merchant's wife (I believe it's the same one mentioned in the book, not sure) and live happily togethe untill the banquet where Kyle, the prince from across the sea, comes. She was the adopted daughter of Leonhart, a guard of the royal palace and was also the adoptive sister of Allen when Leonhart saved Allen from death and hid him during the war. They were happy and Allen left to go to his real sister's side but because of new cut offs, the kingdom was low on food. A famine.

Germaine finds his dead body near a river and vows revenge against the cruel and selfish princess. We have now collected the rough ends of this story and will connect them. Rilliane starts a war with the village of green haired woman. The woman were no match for the army

@lslouiseEWS Micheala is taken away quickly and hidden in a well, away from anyone who would kill her. Keel, the wealthy merchant played by Kiyoteru. He later on tells Allen of her wear-abouts. The two supply her with food and protection however she is soon plunged into a deep sadness. She hadn't noticed until she was finally taken away from her, that she cared for Clarise deeply (which the feeling WERE neutral) and wishes she could see her again.

@lslouiseEWS However, Rilliane finds out Micheala was still alive and, with a glass bottle (a tradition with her and Allen) ordered her to be killed. Micheala is killed by a 'golden hair assassin' which many believe is Allen but now new suspicions believe it was Ney, the spy sent over the seas who is played by Neru. Who killed Micheala is unknown at the current moment. But, Kyle somehow knows where she is, and finds her dead body. He, as well, vows revenge.

Rilliane faints from over exertion and Clarise helps her. There, the two work for the church on the sea side but one day, Clarise overhears Rilliane in the confession room. Until then, she didn't know Rilliane was the princess who ordered her only friends death. With this new information, she become outraged.

@lslouiseEWS For a brief moment, I'll go back to Micheala or Eld. She is for a while still in 'her' body, dead. She wishes to be reborn with Clarise again, so they could be together again. Gumilla (that is Eluka's assistant or sniper if you prefer) saves her spirit and puts it into a seed. Micheala was chosen to be the successor of the great tree. I believe Gumilla gave Micheala's new seed form to Clarise, to watch over since they loved each other greatly.

The first person she gives it to is her husband, who forgot all their childhood promises. Then proceeds to her family members then the whole town. In the end, she is left with wealth and riches. But, she grows tired of living and drinks the poison herself. However, Sloth had no vessel. This where we discuss Marlon again

@lslouiseEWS - mere dead girl's body turned into a doll. His theater is burned by angry citizens but the doll is saved by MA. The doll becomes the Master of the court who surpassed her father and the vessel for Sloth. She IS aware of Allen or the 'irregular' in her and even tells him to be patient. So, Rin and Len's characters in this is the two children Miku's character took in the "Moonlit Bear". In other words they became aware of her sin and destroyed her, in what could be, anger/vengeance. The reason mother is quoted is because she stole the children, and the apples are what Miku's character saw when she found the children (tricking herself).
