  • This sword is amazing. I am practicing IAIDO for more than a year with this Oni Katana. It is heavy. However, because of the longer tsuka (handle) you have enough leverage to manage your movements. Love it!

  • aesthetically I prefer the looks of swords without fullers, but i wonder if they're weaker

  • Thank you for posting this. I have been agonizing about what katana to buy and this is in the top three choices with it being a bainite katana for a reasonable price. You showed the extras you don't normally see online. This has made my decision far easier. I know it is a HEAVY katana but it would seem to be a great performer too!! Thank you again.
