That Konerko grand slam call on the radio was the most memorable for me. I'll never forget riding in the car and hearing that call with the announcers going crazy, i was going nuts. This was just the best year and even if they do it again, it wont have the same feeling that 2005 did.

I started watching baseball in 1986, Sox fan since. From 1986-2006, the Sox went 1722-1642 (.512), Cubs 1597-1734 (.479). Sox were .500 or better in 13 of those seasons, Cubs 7. Sox best season was 99 wins (Cubs 93), their worst 94 losses (Cubs 97). Sox won 3 division titles ('93, '00, and '05), plus first place in '94. Cubs won 2 divisions ('89, '03) and 1 Wild Card ('98). Sox won 1 pennant and 1 World Series, Cubs 0 of each. The Cubs are better in 2007, but picking the White Sox paid off.
