The punch block series is really what separates G.C. from Judo or BJJ. The latter are trained more realistically against more athletic opponents. But you will be screwed if you end up on your back against someone intent on striking you.
This program should be offered in BJJ and JUDO classes so the opponents will be more athletic and willing to spar realistically. Its a question of the opponents and training realism that's all.
