Actually, it is my first time to have a blackberry. I have just synchronized my blackberry, suddenly my icon on lower menu became invisible covered by blue color. Though phone is working and icons do appear on upper part of phone

Do I need to have a hard reset or remove the battery and put it back?

Once your phone is unlocked it will stay unlocked for ever even after hard reset or OS update.

I got unlock code and it works perfectly. However, when I tried setting up my email, only one option appeared and thats the enterprise activation option; no other option.

Is there a way to get the other option "Internet Mail Account"?

In order to use the data services you need to setup the APN setting in your phone.

Contact the provider and ask them for the settings or try to look on the internet for the setting.
