Why would they make Hydrocity a DLC level when there's Hydrocity references in classic Sonic's seaside hill level?

@Renzythegreat91 I hadn't played through Seaside when I made this video, needless to say I was thrilled with that part. But then again, Act 2 of Hydrocity was cool and its a whole different thing to have the background, music. That's like saying we don't need Marble Zone because it was a simulator stage in colors.

Really don't like the music in that intro. Sounds like the screaming cats in Sonic 4.
