actually, corporations have different distributors of ingredients needed to make their drinks. it varies in america, i would also vary in the philippines, although they still try to get the consistency of drinks everywhere even though they might be using different products. It's not always the ingredients btw that makes the drink taste different, it's also the barista and how they made it because every barista have different ways of making drinks.

I know in the Philippines they get away with a lot of stuff. It's not real, of course big names like starbucks, you would think the original stuff is in the US. That's true! well..but i would say there's a smoothie place called Fruit Magic (in the Philppines) its soo good and real - the flavor i mean!

I agree, the corned beef pan de sal is really really good... esp. at the Starbucks on Adriatico St. in Malate. But I don't think I would order a mango frappucino unless i were actually in Cebu (preferably Starbucks Ayala).
actually all starbucks branches in the phil are using the same ingredients... so the drink will still taste the same even if u are in cebu... maybe u can try that mango passion fruit frappuccino with white mocha and blended whipped... taste like ice cream!!
I don't drink coffee there...only soda.
