  • "Your hard of hearing in that one ear."

    "What? Oh! No, I ain't!"

    HAHAA!

  • 7:30 Gotta love it ;p

  • "Seeing you took my breath away" ... awww, so romantic.

    Oh, she ruined it.

  • No negroes at the church? God loves everybody and he made all of us, all different colours. He didn't just make the white man ......

  • "Times a wastin'." Nice reference :)

  • Didn't they know that whenever a woman evangelist is preaching her head must always be covered?... none the less this is one of my favorite episodes..... love Johnny and June Cash's chemistry.

  • OMG That's always an excuse with people when confronted about what their problems are. "Oh not ME, but my friends/customers/congregation might not agree...I'm totally for the colored." -eyeroll-

  • I also love how protective Sully is!

"You lookin for something in particular?" :D

  • I hate how the show makes the reverend racist. Back then, it was the Christian pastors who were the least prejudiced!

  • Ugh the reverend ticks me off!

  • Missing Johnny Cash...

  • wow this episode really made me not like the reverand

  • times a waist'n haha get it

    it's on of her songs

  • Why is Sully dressed as Xena Warrior Princess?

Oh, wait, he's put a shirt on. Must be listening.

  • it's funny how she forced the two horse thieves to sit down. One dedicated healer

  • June Carter Cash is just impeccably cool.

  • i would of loved to see loretta lynn guest star

  • seems the reverend serves the people's biased opinions and thoughts, instead of God. that is just so wrong, and sad, not to mention incredibly frustrating.

  • @edmpages It's why I don't like him.

  • @edmpages and incredibly like EVERY, SINGLE REVEREND. EVER.

  • 3:10

Jesus asked ppl to follow Him AFTER He healed them...

  • oh no... i accidentally put a 1/5 star rating... i meant 5/5!! love that epi!!

  • I dnt think she's making them pay. It looks lyk it may just be an offering basket

  • I know this is my 3rd comment, but she's making them PAY to get in?!?! That is SUCH CRAP!

  • It's not making them pay per say.... its an offering. You can let it pass or put what you want in. The place that its set up makes it a little hard to refuse though lol

  • I saw someone reach around Horace, who had his back turned to the entrance, to put an offering in the basket, and Horace responded with a mildly surprised "Thank you." Where's the 'making them' in that? With that money, Sister Ruth needs to pay her own tythe, feed her horses, maintain her wagon, and buy her clothes, she most likely gives to people she meets who have needs, and is it allright if she buys something nice for herself sometimes? Look at how much of her life she's giving to others.

  • I didn't know consumption and tuberculosis were the same thing!

  • part of that is because in the show, she's rarely wrong.

  • I love how that guy looks Dr. Mike up and down, then Sully steps in front of her and asks what he's looking for. LOVE IT!

  • Me too...that was pretty hot!! :D

  • I noticed that! Gotta love Sully for staking his claim and protecting his lady. I'm usually not old-fashioned about these things, but Sully's little gesture made me smile.

  • Agreed. The reverend is completely spineless.

  • I swear, the reverend is such a coward...spineless. I'd forgotten how much.

  • lol harsh

  • I also agree
