  • Are you freaking kidding me? A 43 minute gameplay video? No thanks.

  • This game is perfect on the 3DS. The 3D effect adds to the intensity of the atmosphere and the game plays beautifully with the Circle Pad Pro. Love it. I really hope we get a sequel on the 3DS.

  • Giant Bomb seems to kind of suck at video games sometimes.... Took almost 3 minutes to figure out how to turn the power on :-\ Seeing the dark room, then the big lever at the top of the stairs, my first thought was: "They are going to flip the switch and then the room will light up, zombies will attack, and then they will be able to move on."

  • my god what annoying voices

  • @bobbycarrot.... umm so you dont require that either for a 3ds? Last time I checked 25 years ago, you needed at least one of those things for mobile gaming. Also the vita will come with a memory stick, a very low space one but enough to play, i mean its like 10 bucks for a 1gb. I mean I wish they were the same prices as sd too but who cares its obv sony wants to make more money hence charing $29 for like 8gb. And sd is like $10 I think now?

  • 3ds is s**t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • guy playing sounds like Seth Rogan glad i got linked here lol

  • OH VERD... with PSP VITA you don't need to buy a stupid circle pad thing... 3DS is lame...

  • @DARQMX Cough.. battery power... cough... memory stick

  • only 7 days to go!!!

  • they have a bundle

  • when he saw the giant BOW he said oh god...such a dork lol

  • This guys A.D.D. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

  • so cool

  • Even if people question why Capcom would put a console like game on a little handheld, it's still a good show piece for what the 3DS can do, and it shows that there is no excuse for half ass lazy games on the system, when you have games that look like this.

  • dude major quality.....keep it up i subbed.I'm dying without my game!

  • Im thinking about buying this game but I've never played a resident evil game. Is it A kind of series that you can just start on and still understand? Someone please give me some advise!

  • @Eggie3000 well is kind of but you have to buy the 1st and 3rd one to know the characters from this game. :)

  • @Eggie3000 the games have changed alot. it depends, ive been with the series since the 1st game. Resident Evil 1,2,3,code veronica and zero are more horror than any other RE. i suggest getting the originals 1st, but dont start on RE5, it might ruin your perception on the series. and 4. this 1 is trying to get back to the roots. get into the series but start with 1 2 or 3, i suggest 1 or the remake and 2. 3 is a little more intense (nemisis) you'll see ;) hope this helped.

  • I bet this comes out on the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U eventually. I think the 4th game would have been perfect for this system and the PSP, but for some reason Capcom never released handheld versions of that amazing game.

  • @agentboolen nah,never.

  • @agentboolen why would this game ever hit PS3 or 360 when resident evil 6 is coming out late in the year? have u seen that trailer??

  • @Soulfide

1 because many people would rather play RE games on there tv.

2 I don't think the sales are really that great for the 3ds so if Capcom thinks they missed a lot of fans it'll eventually end up on a system with a big fan base.

3 Like Capcom hasn't milked the RE games before and released them on other systems later on.

  • Who the fuck plays Resident Evil with two analog sticks ? Go back to your Call of Duty kids, Resident Evil should be played with one analog stick - you stop and then shoot. Fuck the modern controls - I play it like the real survival horror (which means also keeping finger off the L button for strafing)

  • @adam145 god forbid people have control options. and you still stop & shoot with the second analog - it just makes aiming easier(which was important since RE4 which didnt have auto-aim anymore). But I guess survival horror means bad controls to some people. Though if the game design was good, the controls would be really good(not artificially/pointlessly hindering), but your character still wouldn't be overpowered and the game would be challenging.

  • @DanCiTi Not adding a second analog stick to the 3DS was a huge design fault I don't care what you think. Many more gameplay options could have been implemented that way.

  • @adam145 Amen to that.

  • Never heard of you guys before but I subbed. You guys are awesome. Great coverage and commentary.

  • I'm on the end boss :D

  • I have vowed to not buy a 3DS until the dual circle pad revision comes out.

Can't wait for Wii U but as far the 3DS goes Fuck you Nintendo, you should have added this in the first place.

  • You.... you ARE going to mention the Gyro Sensor option, aren't ya? The one that gives you the benefit of moving and shooting WITHOUT the Circle Pad Pro? And arguably gives you better accuracy and speed at the potential cost of 3D? (Note: I still play in 3D, but the noticeable slips in sweet spot are all too prevalent.) No? Well, carry on then. Not to mention the multiple control options as well.

  • @unintelligentgenius The gyro doesn't eat the 3D, because even when you turn the 3DS stays at the same spot relative to your view. I hate that its not even an option. It would have been more accurate and so much more immersive way. Touch screen would have been the other solution.

  • @varoennauraa

I think you miss understood me; I said "potential loss". Meaning that it's harder, but still possible to play in 3D. Also, what's not an option? I ... Don't think I'm following your comment well. That aside, I do lament that the touch screen is not an option for dual analog control, especially as it is used for camera control.

  • you know you can do melee attacks to save ammo with or without circle pad pro,

  • I actually like the size it adds. I've got big hands, and sometimes I just wanna wrap my hands around a giant brick of a handheld.

  • You mean cheap BS that they are trying to get more money from and so they can sell you the 3DS 2 with this crap built in? Yea, I see it.

  • he was hiding Texas back there...

  • If you play your handhelds at home then the Circle pad shouldn't be a problem I guess.

  • Hold on....you CAN move and shoot at the same time in Revelations with the Circle pad pro?

  • Never knew the circle pad addon used the infrared port for telling the console what's being pressed. That's neat.

  • They could use the touchscreen as a virtual circle pad.... Not as good, but works well.

  • @Mdschannel none of that....

  • Every QL should open with "BUMPER! Sshhhh" from now on.

  • cooooooooooooool now i go out buyin a 3DS and res rev.

  • lol, "look at that Jill Booty."

  • They do sell them as a bundle.

  • they should just have a 3ds lite with both analog sticks ...then i'd buy a 3ds.

  • @Krykanubis That's what I'm waiting on.

  • @Krykanubis too bad,don't buy it then.

  • @Krykanubis

Yea, but if it has anything better than the 3ds it wouldnt be fair for the ones that already bought a 3ds, because it would come out too soon. maybe after 2-3 years they should launch a new ds...

  • @Krykanubis They did worked on a circle pad pro, for Monster Hunter Tri, you know?

I think Nintendo is already doing a 3ds with the second analog stick, for a second version of the console. With it, already integrated.

  • Nintendo better release a version of the 3DS with two circle pads because this is just ridiculous.

    Game looks great

  • @darkmaggot I bet they will probably under the X, A, Y, and B buttons. And if anyone worries about the power button they could just put it on the side of the system.

  • Brad has beautiful hands

  • The g probably stands for grams, dudes.

  • @realkman666 DUDERS. Jeez can't you get things straight.

  • "shapely derriere" Brad is such a dork.

  • @bwaterman Nah, just an English major.

  • After playing the demo I'm going to only use the gyro controls. Best way to play IMO.

  • Hm. Seeing this played with the Circle Pad Pro makes me want one, even though the demo plays perfectly well without the thing.
