Steve was a brother that invested so much of himself in my life after I became a Christian. He seemed to go out of his way to befriend me and make sure I was headed in the right direction, that I didn't fall through the cracks. Even after learning to stand on my own I can remember the times he would stride up to me and place both hands on my shoulders for a, "God has a word for you," moment. They were always timely and much needed, Steve was one of God's mighty men. U won the race! Preston Ball

Steve you were my first Bible Study Group Leader from 1982 to 1985 at JF. You took great care to teach me about Jesus and the Word of God as a single mother and Damon and Daniel do not forget you! When I think about you I think "Jesus" that is who you were all about. Dave said "Steve has accomplished more in his short life than some men hope to accomplish in a lifetime for God". It showed in his life, his wife, his children, that "Jesus was His Treasure". We love you Dave Diana Damon Daniel
