@Baboy318 Birds are not nearly as timid as people make them out to be. :) Mine has been around everything-- cats, dogs, loud sirens, in the subway, downtown, on buses, on bikes... And not a single call of alarm. She has the nerves of steel. Birds that have been domesticated lack the fear that most prey animals have within them, and as a result are pretty brave little things.

From the looks of it, this guy has his flight feathers. If anything, he's probably just a bit agitated, understandably.

For all the idiots saying that it's cruel to the bird, the bird obviously likes skateboarding. If it didn't, then it would have flown off the board before the owner put the board onto the ramp. Heck, it even steps onto the board itself the first time. If it really was cruel and mean, why'd the bird not fly away when the board reaches the bottom? Why'd he have stepped onto the board? Why'd he not have flown away before the board even got put onto the ramp? This bird is having fun. Congrats to him

@ChrisRockindamaking It's probably a female. Often female budgies can be more aggressive and difficult to tame. They also have a strong nesting instinct, so like exploring empty tissue boxes as potential nests. I think they get frustrated, restless and a bit nuts when those instincts aren't fulfilled and possibly territorial about what they perceive to be their space as well. Put some millet on your hand and see if she'll go for it without biting you? It might work I dunno.
