  • how did the ocarina make a noise when the skull kid dropped it? unless it could have gotten air going through it as it fell...

  • Link and zelda used the same ocarina ;) link didn't wipe off.

  • Lol i love majoras mask. Epic video :)

  • This game is a lot more fun to me than Ocarina of Time. I think since they already got the good story out of the way and had worked with the game engine before, with MM they could just bring all the characters back and give them more of a life, and also just do more with the gameplay. The pause menus all come up and cycle faster, too. I feel the same about Goldeneye 007 and Perfect Dark (N64). OoT and Goldeneye are excellent, but they lack features MM and PD were able to add.

  • @BassistBill1988 I get that feeling a lot with N64 games, actually. Since it was the first big 3D console, a lot of the environments are vast, barren polygons. It feels empty sometimes. But Majora's Mask is an example of added life in those empty spots Ocarina of Time had, just as Perfect Dark filled in the empty spots of GOldeneye (ex: voice acting, simulants, revamped levels like the Complex that isn't so gloomy anymore...)

  • hahaha i like how u plaay the song back mega fast

  • seriously, my favorite part of this is how you can tell this is genuinely done by hand by the little tiny errors that could shave off maybe half a second, or how the movements aren't perfectly executed for optimization. I like to do speed runs sometimes too and after watching shit tons of TAS vids and then seeing this, this is definitely more exciting. Bravo man.

  • This game is so fucking confusing! I could never get it done when I was little..Thats why ocarina was more popular..

  • zelda: Doo doo.... doo doo doo..... dooooooo.

    link:dadadadadada

  • i respect that this is done on a console. wii?

  • Actually, it's done on an emu. That's why it's not on SDA.

  • hmm, maybe because my finger accidently pressed the wrong button? <_<

you know, this run is played in real time, so it's normal that I mess up ;)

no one is perfect, when it comes to console playing ;)

  • Actually I heard that it's because if you do it too fast then the game doesn't register the song even if you do it right. Happens to me sometimes too.

  • @MrGrunz YOU SHOULD BE ON T.V/Game's Channel :D ur my favorite speed runner :D

  • For everyone arguing about the relearn of the Song of Time:

Some people play this game first

  • wow you play the song of time fast. o-o

  • God the sound is horrible :/

  • only in this segment

no way to get around that in this segment

  • 1:12-1:20 ahhh moon nostrils!!!

  • @daesbs x3 LOL

  • First encounter with Skull Kid: easiest boss fight ever.

  • It's not a boss fight...

  • Yeah, it basically is.

  • I lol'd at remember the SoT, So slow, then so fast

  • Green Navi glitch XD

  • freak³ ;)

  • 5 stars

  • omg u dnt need to hide and seek to get up the tower thats a time saver lol

  • i think you could skip the scene at 0:01your arent in this aera... but im not sure if you will really be faster to enter in the tower after

  • the scence will still start. it will also start if you're in terminia field ;)

  • its ridiculous that link has to relearn the SoT, especially since he used it extensively in OoT. I understand that they can't just give it to you from the start but come on. Unless... he forgot everything at the end of OoT, since he warps back to childhood and fuckin takes off. idk.

  • The reaosn he warped back was because that was his real time

  • i know. but that wasn't what i was talking about.

  • He didnt relearn it. He remembered learning it, which caused him to play it on clocktower.

  • @OwenGTA ok but regardless, he's still relearning it here lol

  • @OwenGTA was it in the inventory screen to begin with ? nope! lol

  • bu he needs to learn it for people who never played OOT =)
