@erfans22 I am unsure how long it takes to actually sun dry the tomatoes, but an easier alternative is to buy them from your local supermarket! The sun dried tomatoes add a sweeter taste to this dish, but be careful not to add too much because I find it makes the dish taste a bit ickier (it might've have been the way I made it last time but I didn't like the taste the sun dried tomatoes added to the pasta).
