the border umm, you open the video event fx on the clip, make zure the x axis(idk if its an axis)is on ten and try using the size thing and make it bigger :) hope that helped.

if you cut the video, then make it fade to black(Or white), then put the video back on the track, and cut it to where you cut it before, and make that fade to black(or white) and keep doing thta, you can't make it look like its flashing. It's hard to explain, but yeah. ~5 starz and in favz!
