I was going to comment on the finger in the trigger guard, but I was beat to that.
It looks like you were flinching. I could tell when you fired without a round in the chamber. Try doing a slow, steady pull to the rear on the trigger, making each trigger pull a surprise, following through, and riding the reset. That will help tighten your groups up if they're not already.
Thanks for pointing that out. That's why I shot the video so I could check my own form. That is something i didn't notice. I kept dropping my left elbow also.. This is why we practice : )

Finger was always in the trigger gaurd. Even during reloading? Tisk tisk. Keep it on the side of the frame until ready to fire.
