Ok so Anna laughs when you squeak the toy. The toy is the CS and laughing is the CR.
The toy is conditioned stimulus and to make it so that she laughs every time she hears the toy means that during conditioning you were doing something to make her laugh whilst she was hearing the toy squeak.
