i dont remember exactly which way i put the resonator on, and the muffler is "baffled" or a resonated tip as most would call it.

Well, a resonated tip is different than baffleing. A baffled muffler will have dividers in one or more of its chambers that the air and sound have to travel around. if you look at the construction of a flowmaster 40 the V shaped metal walls in center of the muffler are baffles. A resonated tip is usually a fiberglass wrapped preforated inner core. But you're saying the muffler is not a straight through design, right?

Are you running a stock ECU/ unreprogrammed fuel managment setup? The way it is in this vid it is running lean when it senses 0 throttle and 0 load, maybe defaulting to 14.7 to 1 AFR. Sounds pretty good though.
