@macback44 im sure you can see the connection with single leg series drilling to the knee cutter.You would add this for 30 seconds then back up again reverse roles.
@macback44 Yes,this is a very important observation.We call it the tripod effect,where the third point is the weight the opponent carries.It stabalizes and reduces the chances of being bridged.
@justinloc187 This has been one of my long lasting stands on training with a Gi.It is more tactical,selfdefense /reality based then Nogi.It also enhances skills needed in sweeps and chokes.Great comment!

no gi is fast paced and slippery
but using the gi is important for refining your skills
