Console- Aim assist, why? Poor hit detection, you are lucky if your in a game with 60ping yet alone 40ping being max.

and Promods players dont have connection interrupted. and normaly less then 40ping.

While I do see a decent amount of actual sniping anyone he quick scopes way to many times (which is at least once imo). Anyone who quick scopes has no skill. Before I start getting flamed let me give the layout of your usual quickscope, Use sniper, start aiming and quickly pull trigger. It's one of the simplest things to do made easier by the built in aim assist. It's way to easy to kill someone this way and should not be praised. I can admit some can be seem skillful but most are pointless
