mattboy, yes exactly. for you people who think he is some kind of genius, within 3 years of practice you could play the same thing. not very smooth at all, most of the lines, harmonics and bends are either flat or sharp. nice ambition, not easy song to play, but needs a lot more practice to be perfect.

To every manner it is not my intention learning this song like the Satriani version.Talking about Crushing Day, you will know very well than unfortunately is difficult to find a correct tab of that piece!If you go to take the official transcriptions of Satriani, are identical to my version!I learned the crushing day solo in a month, slowing down the piece of Joe and wanting to understand if the transcriptions were truthful or no!

You need to work on some of your positions. there wrong. And some of the licks through the song are unstable (not good timing)they need to be emphasized. What i cant understand is why do people always play the live version cant you play the record version.You need work. SP

I detect that feeling that comes after a bad comment.Well let me put things straight,you are one of the best guitarists in You tube.Very smooth You have the ability to play things perfectly,and when you do it really stands out.But there are some thing that pull you back(For example on crushing day you start the solo on the third and fifth fret that pulls the time back.With your technique if you try the sixth string 10 13 15 it will flow really smoothly leaving less room for comment).Continued

How would you rate the Malmsteen DOD stuff ?
