  • What is your blog address? I couldn't hear it properly.

  • @hermbo007 Sorry about that it is missionduke(dot)com.

  • great vid bud.. very nice explination as well... ps, great tester, where can i buy one?

  • @aloony2 - Thanks...I purchased my tester on e-bay for like 99 cents. It came from Hong Kong though. I had issues with the power button being a piece of junk so I ripped it apart and gutted the old button and added my own. Works on a 9v battery which should last a long time. Its actually a very simple chip inside. Wish I could have built it myself.

  • @aloony2 Thanks, I got the tester from Ebay. Its a cheap $1 one from Hong Kong but it works great. I had to replace the power button because the original one was cheap. Works great though.

  • Thank You Very Much. Very informative. I think you did a good job. Thumbs Up!

  • @ResidentG33k - Thanks. I might have more wiring tutorials in the future.

  • no offense but I've never seen someone take so long or make so many unneeded steps to terminate a cat5 wire.

  • Seeing as how I was explaining how to do it, I wasn't doing it fast. This is a tutorial showing others how to do it. Not a time trial. That being said, I took my time and explained each step. This is how I learned and how I wanted to teach it. Everyone does it a little bit differently. I also explain the tools used and how to do it cheap. So there is the explanation for the 10 minute video. Thanks for watching!
