Charge the same to in my understanding means to take that private money and conver it into the public via strawman or debtor - there has to be a public account to charge like when you get a ticket and they ask for your name which is the corporation or the public account - they are looking for an account to charge that money(the debtor ALL CAPS NAME ). same thing your helping them do when accepting for value. Giving instruction on where to draw the funds from and where to transfer the funds to.
Nowhere, it's just a scam to sell books and such stuff. There are no 'prepaid accounts'. Who would pre-pay it? Other people in your name? WHY? Using a 'bill of exchange' to try and pay your taxes will end up with criminal charges.
@oxygenrooms Do your own "Due diligence" seek the answers and you may find. I have only heard hear say and rumor; check out winston shrout. I'm more interested in getting totally out of the fraud and standing in honor for the first time in my life within the law.
