Unfortunately, as I said before, females who falsely accuse men of rape or domestic violence are more often than not NOT PROSECUTED for it, and the government actually encourages it.
Women have to be treated as TRUE EQUALS and it must start by making examples of those who mock the laws of the land AND nature.

Yes it is true that when a woman says she was raped, or things like that, the court will 99.999% of the time believe her and take the alleged rapist/criminal to jail.
But at the same time there have been cases where the man did get away or have the courts favor him in cases.

People that abuse the law should serve the sentence handed down to their victims. So, if you falsely accuse someone of rape, and they get 10 years, you get ten years. Give them a fair trial and if they are found guilty sentence them to prison. There a lot ways to stop this ! First make the cops and the prosecutors abide by something called due process, ie you have to prove any allegations you make and the accused is afforded the right of being considered innocent until proven guilty.
Second when women lie , force the corrupt system to put the women in jail and then subject them to severe civil penalties. Don't let them get away with it and you will stop them. Third men need to learn the law, put a stop to the abuse.

Well, false accusation IS A FELONY, and while none of the men have died (...YET) on account of her evil actions, she does deserve EXTREMELY HARSH PUNISHMENT -- at least 25 years!
Unfortunately, as I said before, females who falsely accuse men of rape or domestic violence are more often than not NOT PROSECUTED for it, and the government actually encourages it.
Women have to be treated as TRUE EQUALS and it must start by making examples of those who mock the laws of the land AND nature.

@FinalJusticeMovement Hmm... Well let me think about the maximum sentencing. I think that it would either 1. dramatically increase the number of people we have in jail or 2. dramatically decrease the number of false accusations that occur And also for me on the level of things that are wrong with our legal system, this is fairly low for me. I think that harsher sentences for pedophiles & the like, and loosening the 3 strikes rule are higher ranked.

MEN are castigated as low-lives in the legal system and treated by America and the world as second-class citizens, so when you say "harsher penalties for pedophiles", think of the bigger picture.
If men can be tagged AT ANY POINT IN TIME as a pedophile from any angry woman for whatever reason, do you realize how instantly the prison population would EXPLODE because of these false accusations, while cross-dressers get away with macing innocent boys on trains?

Strong as I feel about this, I'd have to roll with Jelly on this one. The circumstances aren't as such that the death penalty is necessary.
HOWEVER, felony accusation of rape or domestic violence/abuse should be given at least a minimum of 25 years, and Ndonye needs to be made a grand example of right about now!

You do have a couple of points but I have to disagree on some parts.
Yes it is true that when a woman says she was raped, or things like that, the court will 99.999% of the time believe her and take the alleged rapist/criminal to jail.
But at the same time there have been cases where the man did get away or have the courts favor him in cases.

Well, I'm sorry to hear about your parents' divorce, Jelly, but I hope that ONE CASE is not the base of your opinion, because, in actuality, Jelly, I'm afraid that's not true considering that:
a) Rape shield laws protect females UNEQUIVOCALLY and without due process of law on the part of the male accused whether he is innocent or not.
b) The laws of The U.S. Constitution DO NOT APPLY when it comes to men in today's world. They are ignored simply to comply with the feminist agenda.

I hear ya man. If someone deserves it, they should get it. But how MANY women marry a man, ruin the marriage, divorce them, then take everything including the house? They leave him with the clothes on his back! It sickens me. Some men and women make a living off of others by doing this. They get married every few years and end up with a stash great enough to drive a Ferrarri for the rest of their lives.

I personally witnessed a man getting fired from his job thus losing his house bc of one woman who actually i believe was his neighbor that falsely accused / sued him for harassment. Things become so easy for women to screw any guy who resist them up. And of course i'm not generalizing here, Thank god most of the women know the truth about the BS feminist movement.

People that abuse the law should serve the sentence handed down to their victims. So, if you falsely accuse someone of rape, and they get 10 years, you get ten years. At the very minimum, women like that should be registered on the sex offender's list. To warn future potential mates of their past misdeeds. Justice has failed when ANYONE's word supersedes the right to be innocent until proven guilty. How were these men convicted anyways? Just her testimony?

I am not saying this case is not serious, I am saying what this person is declaring and pages of comments between us is unnecessary because of the original comment I made which stated that IF IT IS TRUE that she accused them and they had not raped her, SHE SHOULD BE IN JAIL. Indeed, that much is true, Kraz.
I understand what Jazzy meant by that all the time, But the flaw in that theory is that, even though things like this can happen in ANY case, it's not as likely to happen to ANY woman who accuses a man of rape, because of the rape shield laws and other laws that unequivocally and unilaterally protect women.
She wasn't speaking from a point of "was her life threatened if she went further?", but rather a mindstate of "she didn't really do that to those guys".

I don't understand when a person agrees with you, but puts "if it's true" on there, the other person acts like they need to be institutionalized. My comment did not warrant all this.
