There was a chance he could hit passerbys by slamming them with the car door, its karma, like why would you want to hit a passerby minding his own business riding a bike? What he was doing was cruel and it had a high risk, if something bad happened then why feel sympathy? I feel bad for his parents but he should have known the risks and he took them. Its unfortunate but well deserved. Not to sound incompassionate but thats how i feel about people who try and harm innocent people.
