Well, I'm not norwegian, therefore I couldn't know. But thanks for telling. I was told the commercial was filmed to Norway. Perhaps it was filmed elsewhere.

It's a Parisian plate, but that's definitely not French. Probably is Norse, like you say. You know they often film one advert and voice it over for other markets. But who knows where it was really filmed? Could have been Brazil; could have been Scotland, for all we know. Maybe Marseille?

The late Stanley Kubrick filmed Eyes Wide Shut in London, while the story line was NYC.

What, my comment? I was just complaining about that the Swedish and Norwegian Citroën companies don't know how to pronounce their own names.

The commercial? Voice-over: "It's not very nice to make fun of cars that don't have the same handling [driving characteristics] as Citroën", followed by the prices. The text "unikt veigrep under alle forhold" means "unique grip in all conditions", and "teknologi med mening" means "technology with a purpose".
