easy fix just apply for a student visa. You can do this by taking English classes at some English school...I have other methods but I can't tell you on youtube.

@irishwars I think you can have dual citizenship up to the age of 18 and then you need to decide which one you want. Most people just hide their *other* passport and keep both citizenships without reporting the fact.. I was looking into this recently.. there doesn't seem to be a penalty of you keep both citizenships though..

i wish i had the power. i think that is a stupid law because, so many people live here without visa. i know a lot of mexicans,indonesian and chineese work in jobs here with no restictions or papers(they are illegal reidents) i wish you can come back soon.
@nashiPAGE not 100% sure, but work visas (if that is what she is trying to get) are harder to get because she is not supposed to be coming to USA to do a job that an American can possibly do. For example, I would not be able to go & work in Japan as a Manga artist because there are many Japanese that can do that job also, so it would be as if they give a foreigner a job instead of their own resident. There are also Artist visas ( I think P-1, P-2 and P-3 visas) that might be easier to get.

なんか、たいへんそうですね。イギリスでも、移民の定住条件（収入面で）のハードルが上がったとうわさで聞きました。アメリカでもそんなことが有るんですかね。日本に来る移民は元々ハードルが高いうえに定期的に収入を証明しなければいけないので、円高で外国人たちは大変な思いをしている、と聞きます。犯罪者などの流入防止策が返って犯罪者を生んでいるという実態が有ります。
私が受ける印象では、移民局は仕事の実績を聞いているのではないでしょうか。でないと、殆ど全てといっていいぐらい外国人は残留はムリです。超有名なプロデューサーなど、あまり合理的でない（法律的でない）し。共和党が力を持って来たからでしょうかね。
