Pretty sure that's Eric Jueden (yellow helmet) skating with Chris Miller (blue helmet)--he (Eric) was an upland local and I saw him there quite often during the last couple years that park was open. There is another, much newer video of Miller and Wrex Cook at the new Upland park, skating the full-pipe and bowl there.
