@ilovetocookalot --your soup looks excellent. It doesn't look light in color - it actually looks as orange as egg yolk, but if I didn't know the ingredients, I would think, pumpkin or squash soup. What a nice surprise to think that, and then taste something good and much different in flavor !

well - it doesn't do nearly all the things they claimed in the infomercial, but you can make smoothies and you can process soup!!
(yes, i stayed up too late one night and ordered the thing)
