Halley's Comet last appeared in the inner Solar System in 1986 (june is finally here) and will next appear in mid-2061 (Railroad Cancellation) this is the 2nd appearance of the halley's comet of don caballero.

Maybe by standing there and watching them they are appreciating them. You don't have to be running around going crazy to show your appreciation. Plus they are playing in a record shop, I doubt the owners would be too happy at everyone fucking the place up.
