I wished WBBM use this closing theme again.

It's the original Series 1 close of the CBS Enforcer music package package which has some history to it. It's Frank Gari's direct update of the original 1975 Dick Marx composition. WBBM in Chicago used this cut for their close 1994-1997, 2000-2001, and 2002-2006. The only problem with it is that it sounds too MIDI synthesized. Gari (or some other news music company) needs to reorchestrate it using more real instrumentation with some modern sound elements added.
