In cases such as these the 11kV ca easily get mixed up with the 415v at the burning sub - sending high voltage 11kV down lines to surrounding houses and quickly starting other fires. Now do you still want to stick around while the power's still on?
Not to sound like an "antisocial nutter" (as some may say) but I would be pissed if I was forced out of my house because of a fire a block away (or half a block, or whatever).
But then, who says I would come to my door if there was a knock?

@zordmaker I've seen that happen here in the USA (different voltages). Burned down an entire neighborhood.
